Asalia is a non-profit general incorporated association originating from Nagasaki University’s Department of Informatics and Pathology.

We perform slide scanning on a non-profit basis to support the future of medical care.

Process Guide

The digitization procedure is very simple.
Simply send the glass slides and a list of management numbers corresponding to the glass.

1. Creation of Glass Slides

We ask the user to create the glass slides.

2. Creation of Slide List

Please create a list of the glass slides being sent and their corresponding management numbers.

3. Sending Slides and Data

Please send the glass slides and the slide list to us.

4. Creation of Digital Data

We will create digital data from the glass slides you sent.

5. Confirmation of Digital Data

Please confirm the created digital data.
We will send you a URL for confirmation.

6. Return of Glass Slides

If there are no issues with the delivered data, we will return the glass slides to the customer.
